1. Shipping Process

Order Placement: Once you place an order, your surfboard will be prepared for shipment from our manufacturing facility in China.

Shipping Methods:

Sea Freight (Standard): Cost-effective but takes longer.
- Shipping Time: 6-8 weeks from the date of order confirmation, depending on customs clearance and local delivery processes.
Air Freight (Express): Faster delivery for urgent orders.
- Shipping Time: 5-10 business days from dispatch (excluding customs delays).

2. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including international freight (sea or air) from China to the UK.

Shipping Fee: The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the size/weight of the surfboard.

3. Customs, Duties, and VAT

All fees, including customs clearance, import duties, VAT, and any other applicable charges, will be included in the checkout total. You will not be responsible for any additional payments upon arrival in the UK.
If the delivery company contacts you to request any additional payment, please notify us immediately.
We will provide all necessary shipping and customs documentation to facilitate the clearance process.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your surfboard has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Delays and Unexpected Issues

Customs Delays: Delays may occur due to customs inspections or additional documentation requirements. These are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
Weather or Logistics Issues: Shipping by sea can occasionally be affected by weather conditions or other logistical challenges, which may impact delivery times.
