Refund policy
Orders that have not been paid can be cancelled at any time.
If you need to cancel the order after payment, please contact us for processing.
If you cancel the order after shipment, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must provide photos to confirm the product's condition, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for covering both the return shipping costs and our original shipping fees. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed, minus the original shipping costs. The return shipping fees and any international transfer charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
